Congratulations Alice. Great writing. Great story.
Philip – Meala naidheachd. ( Naidheachdan fake. Cho brònach.) Bàlaichean.
Christopher – Congratulations on coming in third with a story so disturbing, only the best writing could have pulled it off. (If there WAS anything I could do to cheer you up, you can just forget about it now, mister.)
Wendy – You beat me with a cow! One cow! I created an International Global Conspiracy, foreign intrigue, engineering miracles, and you beat me with one sleepy, dancing cow. (Nice going.) One cow!
To the rest of the runner ups. ‘I may be slow, but I’m ahead of you.’ Better luck next time.

A very fine story, Alice, which would have been my vote if I’d voted

And I enjoyed reading al the others – a very interesting, entertaining, thought-provoking and well-written set of stories. Well done to everyone.
